Looks like something is wrong with your device, as this isn't a bug, it's a driver failure.
Try installing the latest Official Chinese Fastboot ROM for your device (only sakura, we don't support sakura_india), without relocking the bootloader, and doing the whole TWRP installation and then ROM installation process from the beginning.
