Invalid [9.8.8] Weird things appear on battery usage list

Hi, i have this issue since the 9.7.25 beta but there's things that i don't even know what it is that is appearing on my battery list usage

Yeah ok but why it's appearing now and wasn't on stable ? Is it appearing only on my device?
