New [9T Pro] Tethering/Hotspot is not included in connection speed in notification bar

If i connect something to the Hotspot of the phone, the connection speed in the notification bar stays at zero even if i download something on the device thats connected.
Mi 9T Pro with 21.1.14

It was included before so i thought its a Bug but im Not exactly sure for how Long it is mit included now, i skipped some versions.

That thing is the current Network Speed and in my optinion anything that uses the Network should bei included.
