A suggestion to the ROM

Hi developers. Many thanks for your hard-working and release such a wonderful ROM. I have a suggestion for the ROM. In the Security APP->Blocklist, the Chinese official release contains an intelligence blocklist function. But in the eu version, it just contains SMS blocklist and Call blocklist. Could you support this feature(Or maybe just do not remove it)? Because this is very useful in China.

Since it can't work outside of China, enabling it just for China is not exactly a priority. The ROM is mainly intended for Europe region.

Couldn't he just extract it from China Rom and replace it by adb push or twrp filemanager ?

Just a thought, but i guess you don't touch the apk in the first place..

Ok, I think maybe you didn't understand. I've got the SecurityCenter.apk from the Chinese version of ROM, and replaced it on my phone(which now running this EU ROM). The replacement should be successful because the version changed. But it still no "Intelligent Blocklist". So I think there must be somewhere else, as some of the configuration files control the running of this APK.
One thing for the SecurityCenter is that in Chinese version there is no "Facebook clean". But even running with my replaced APK, there is "Facebook clean" item.

Ah, we are getting somewhere, I suppose you set your region to China?

Maybe it's something which is deleted in eu Rom, i would dig deeper like decompiling the apk, check the jar files for dependencies and their manifest, this should give you more info where to look. Why do you use the eu Rom anyway? For Playstore?

Hi Karpfenhai, thanks for your work. I have set the region to China. And the reason to use this ROM is that in the original version of Chinese ROM, there are so many Ads inside. The second reason is the GooglePlay. I can't get some charging software without it. I think if the SecurityCenter can support "Intelligent Blocklist", many many Chinese users would love this ROM(at least in MIUI community).
