There's no "European" version of any Xiaomi device.

I think you meant by device that has compatible WCDMA/4G network bands with European networks.

Last what I heard, there is currently no big user base so there will not be xiaomi.eu Multi language version of MIUI 7 for this phone

So currently I flushed chinese/english development ROM 5.8.27 and sideloaded gapps. Hope developers in xiaomi.eu will find a time for Redmi Note 2
Xiaomi have too much models

Edit:
Since this international MIUI ROM is in fact done by MIUI community in free time, can't blame them for not having "Redmi Note 2" and not working for it. Hope Xiaomi will soon come to Europe so official ROM releases will have international language support.
