Accidentally wiped /firmware /persist etc

Hi.
Please help me. I have accidentally formatted /firmware /persist /tz /boot /rpm partitions...
I have installed cyanogenmod 11 rom from xda.
The phone boots to android properly but wifi doesn't work and hardware keys don't work sometimes.
I couldn't boot into recovery at this point, so I copied Flashify app from OTG storage and installed it to reflash the recovery (I'm using Philz recovery btw).
So now I can boot into recovery.. and I wiped data and system and reflashed the ROM, but wifi still doesn't work.
The ROM worked perfectly before the accident.

Flash Fastboot package from en.miui.com and then the rest again, like recovery, CM etc.. But first backup sd card.,.
