Active call recording

I’m from Sri Lanka and recently bought the Xiaomi Note 13 Pro+ global version. I initially thought the call recording function was available, but unfortunately, it’s not. Is there a way to activate that feature or disable the announcement in the existing call recording function?

You only have these options:

install Global ROM for Indonesia or Taiwan
2,
Use a third-party application (doesn't work when using bluetooth headphones)

Will installing the Global ROM for Indonesia or Taiwan affect the phone's system functions?

I don't think so, just some apps are from Xiaomi, not from Google. (SMS, Dialer)
It is Xiaomi Dialer that allows automatic recording of calls without notifying the other party.

I tried the CallRecorder_v.3.6.6 and ACR Phone apps, but both are asking for accessibility permissions that I can't find in my phone's settings. Are there any other apps I can try? Also, what would happen if I switch to a different Global ROM?

Can you explain how to change the existing ROM to the Indonesia or Taiwan version? Is it something I can do on my own, and will it affect the phone's system?

Thank you friend, I finally managed to activate call recording using ACR Phone app. I purchased the lifetime package. Now OK. Thank you again.
