Hi guys,
I tried to reboot my phone into recovery by adb but it says 'device offline' in command prompt... What is the issue? I've installed the driver, rebooted my pc and everything.
I use the latest android SDK (just downloaded it).

EDIT:
I've tried this but it didn't work since my Android SDK Platform-tools were already updated to 16.0.2. Also I tried the kill-server thing, didn't do much either...
My adb version is 1.0.31 (latest)

Try to download the mi-flah...there will be also Xiaomi drivers...maybe it can help

MiFlash doesn't recognize ADB connections... As far as I know, it's only for fastboot mode (which I can't enter).

FastBoot can be entered if you have a legit xiaomi phone.

Press and HOLD the [ volume down + Mi-Button + Power button(last) ] while the phone is off.

I have entered fastboot before, when my volume buttons were still working...
