Additional region/language setting

I just get my 11 ultra from AliExpress and flashed EU 13.10

I am based in Hong Kong and want to setup my phone with Cantonese... In the setting, i can only find simplified Chinese(China) and traditional Chinese (Taiwan). Is it possible to add traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) in the coming update?
