Advanced Textures not working properly

Is there a way to make advanced textures work on the Mi 11 Ultra? The option is there but it's not working properly. Running latest stable HyperOS 2

•Folders appear transparent when opened
•Blur on control center looks the same whether advanced textures is toggled on or off
