New Redwood advanced texture not working

Advanced texture not blurring backgroud while opening/closing applications. It works on notifications, quick settings and other things.

The launcher Xiaomi uses for Android 14 HyperOS 2.0 builds is poor, broken in several places and has not been updated since the first release.
It is what it is.
