Is that what you're concerned about? It doesn't matter which device you have, we set the Global model for Voice Match , online services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) and even games.

I have the exact opposite, it says Redmi K40 Pro+ even though I have Mi 11i. Any way to set it back to Mi 11i which it clearly should be to avoid problems with Voice Match etc.? It was Mi 11i on MIUI 14 but when I updated to HyperOS 1.0.1.0 it got changed to Redmi and even 1.0.2.0 didn't bring Mi 11i back.

Not really matter.Sometimes open Settings then see the device's name isn't accurately makes me feel a little strange.Anyway,so nice to receive your replies.

That's already corrected for next build.
The market name itself doesn't matter ("Redmi K40 Pro+"), what matters is having the Global model (M2012K11G) set instead of the Chinese model (M2012K11C).
Even so, we're not going to maintain 2 market names based on hardware region (e.g. "Redmi K40 Pro+" and "Mi 11i"), this is unimportant, so we usually use the Global market name if it exists. But, again, the market name makes no difference, it's only used in MIUI/HyperOS and not checked by non-Xiaomi apps or services.
