My Mi 11 Lite 5G on xiaomi.eu last rom was stucked in bootloop.

I fastboot into twrp to delete suspected files in /data/adb, no errors, everything looks ok, deleted files gone. But after I reboot back again into twrp, the deleted files reappeared.

Finally I did a full backup with twrp and reflash same rom with erase. Resetup phone as new - ok. Then boot into twrp to restore the earlier backups. Again, restore looks fine, took its time, no errors. But then after reboot back to system, none of the restore files are visible, its like nothing changed!

Please help me understand whats going on. Its so weird, anything I do in twrp or orangefox (tried both) does not persist. Reboot and all changes are gone.

Your /data partition isn’t being properly written or is reverting on reboot, which usually means a decryption, mounting, or filesystem issue in TWRP/OrangeFox. That’s why changes and restores appear successful but don’t persist. The most common fix is to boot into recovery and do a full Format Data (not just wipe), then ensure you’re using a recovery version compatible with your exact Xiaomi.eu ROM and firmware.
