New After Mi9 ...05 update my screen is flickering

After a system update tot version 05 the screen is flickering very anoying.

When i am in settings the screen is screen is flickering irregular.

When i am casting the the flickering is also visible.

After erasing data from the health app the flickering is over.

Now, a couple days later it stays good.
I have not seen any flickering anymore.
