after mui10 i have no caller id on screen

after installing mui10, when someone call me i have no caller id on screen, but i have a notification bar and i must press it to see the id and the buttons for answer.
is this any setting or it is bug...?
I do all the updates but the same....
now i have 8.8.9 in Mi Note 3
