Am I able to reflash mi 13 stable same version?

My Mi10T pro seems to be having some issue, for example sometimes when i close an app the UI will have to "reload" for roughly 2-3 seconds. If I am in the second space, it will do the "reload" but i have to unlock the phone again.

Will i need to do a format or am i able to try flashing the same stable rom?

Thank you for clarifying, may i ask if i want to keep my data. Do i just use the "windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat" or do i have to follow a different method?
