Ok, downloaded latest 10 based ROM. Will stick to this for now. Wish they release stable MIUI 13 soon based on 11.

Did your clear cache, dalvik and delete the contents of data/system/package_cache
From twrp?

Usually makes a lot of difference

I didn't flash TWRP recovery yet. Will I be able to system update A11 based MIUI ROMs in future (MIUI 12/13) with current TWRP (which is available in official guide)?
or
I need to flash updated recovery with A11 support to flash A11 based ROMs, i.e. PBRP for R [ which I found in XDA- [RECOVERY][UNOFFICIAL][Q-R][picasso] PitchBlack Recovery Project 3.0.0 [STABLE] | XDA Developers Forums (xda-developers.com) ]

No you will not be able to update.
Please flash twrp from here, it also has android 11 support.

You need to flash twrp first then flash PitchBlack recovery zip from twrp.

I didn't find this PitchBlack recovery from the official PBRP website...weird?

I recommend you stick with the 3.4.2b TWRP recovery i shared above.

But the choice is yours

You can flash the PBRP if you want.
I use it too...love the UI
