Considering that Qualcomm didnt made Snapdragon 800/801 drivers for new Android will there be a possibility that miui.com or someone makes a Android 7.0 from for Mi Note?

Xiaomi note pro have snapdragon 810 the same like nexus 6p. I think that Qualcomm made this drivers for Android 7, but i did not the rest of hardware of phone
