Annoying Pop-up

Hi everyone
From maybe a month this pop-up appears when I open many of the apps f.ex. Dialer, even on incoming calls, messaging, mifit and so on. What can I do to stop it? Cleaning the data does not help. I'm using always the latest weekly rom and I'm cleaning cache and dalvik with every flash.
