i need the app cpu spy but in this rom dont work
redmi note 4 have the problem of drain battery
and the app show if the phone enter to deep sleep

Try to give all permissions, exclude app from battery saving and enable autorun for app.
Also clear dalvik and cache from twrp.
If didn't helped, then for checking deep sleep you can use Simple system monitor from Google Playstore.
Or much better is Better battery stats xda edition you can download from ofc Xda forum, it can give detailed info about battery consumption especially if you have root permissions.
