Apps Crashing

After a reboot a lot of apps refuses to start, keeping crashing everytime i try to start them.
It happened 2 times in the last two weeks. The first time after a reboot, the second one after a shutdown for battery low...
The only way to recover this is a factory reset...
Why is this happening? Any ideas?

Rom installed? Have u try with a full wipe and reinstall (from backup or not) all the app again?

This is my room in use now, with a twrp recovery.
For the first time I had the global rom from en.miui and, no problem.
Now, with this it's perfect, no crash, no force close, all stable.

Lastest xiaomi.eu rom.
The problem happens only after a reboot and the only thing i can do i a factory reset.
It seems that something get corrupted... But i don't know how and why...
After the wipe i reinstalled all apps from mi cloud

But u have the recovery stock or the twrp?
