Resolved Apps have wrong names & top in settings is cut

After installing 8.10.11 on Mi Mix 2s I have the problem, that the apps "settings" and "contacts" were renamed as in the attached screenshot.
Also the top in the settings is cut and the search bar (in the settings) is missing after this update.

1. Reboot to TWRP.
2. Advanced -> File Manager -> data -> system -> package_cache
3. Click the "V" icon on the bottom-right corner, then "Delete", then swipe to confirm.
4. Click "Reboot System".
