Apps not working with MIUI 14 on Xiaomi 12s PRO

Hi,

I've updated the Rom for my Xiaomi 12s Pro to the 14.0.3 version, and the following apps Outlook, Microsoft Teams are not working anymore. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any idea of why that is happening?

Also I tried to pay for a purchase in Aliexpress app though PayPal, but I can't. With the old MIUI 13 this problem was not happening.

Any help will be really appreciated

The problems with Outlook and Teams were due to the Microsoft "Company Portal" app, which was installed on my phone
