Hello,
Repost in case it's more accurate in this sub. I have problems with my phone redmi S2 and I need help please.
When I open apps, sometimes they restart or close/stop with no information. Also when I leave the apps to work on the background, they stop. Apps where this happens : Spotify, google maps, Facebook, almost all apps...
So I wanted to fix this bug, and hard reset my phone, but I can't even do that because I have to add my password and it doesn't accept it.
So I tried to log out, and I couldn't even log out, it said it's impossible to access my account.
So please if you have any ideas how to fix these problems I'm very thankful <3
