C cobben Members Dec 2, 2017 965 102 Mar 16, 2019 #3 I have checked firmwares for a few of the newer Redmi devices, and ARB seems to always have been set to 4 if I recall correctly. Here is a case with Redmi Note 7: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-7/help/redmi-note-7-arb-4-enabled-t3899483 Google has required that all Android devices from some certain version of Android (9?) have ARB enabled. However, if Xiaomi leaves the ARB value ("anti" variable) the same (4?) for all future updates, it has no practical implications. Perhaps Xiaomi has made their point and squashed the gray sellers enough already? I would be careful.
