Audio Problems

Hi,
Starting from yesterday I am facing troubles concerning audio during calls
Above all using speakerphone but Also normal call, it often happens that I stop listening to Who is calling me, they do not hear me and I only could listen my own voice.
Is that a SW problems or mechanical mobile problems?

What Can I do?

You can run "Hardware Tests" clicking 4 times on Kernel Version (Versione Kernel nella tua traduzione). With that tool you will be able to understand if your phone has hardware issues. I am noticing your ROM is quite old. However I suggest you to update to one of most recent stable roms.

Thanks a lot. I did not know this menù. It seems everything well with hardware.
Could you pls suggest links to download something rom new and if It s possible a topic in which i can find passages to install cause It s long time i do not installare new rom?

go to www.********.com build your rom, download, boot in TWRP and install the rom.

i do every time before and after flashing "delete cache and dalvik"

iam using 6.12.22 without any problems
