Autostart permission ? !

Hi guys I'm using miui 2.12.29
Android 4.03

I'm having a wired thing when trying to use app control or lbe guard
To change the autostart permissions, to some apps, changes or disabled then when I check back it's the same nothing changed. It's kinda doesn't save the things I change! !
Any ideas how to fix it,I have so many apps I don't want to autostart, and some I want? !

I think I solved alone
Go to recovery & delete dalvik cache

I have the same problem on HTC Desire S. Tried deleting Dalvik but problem still exists. Help!!!
