Backup And Restore - Google Backup Not Working

When I go to Settings->Additional Settings->Backup & Reset > backup account: no account is currently storing backed up data.
And remain grey, so i could not choose any account.
I've a got a Google account correctly working.
I've see in en.miui.com with china dev there is the same issue.
Any suggestion?

Another bug backup, with mi account app.
Try to access from mi account app on cloud back up, for me it is impossible to see backup from the app, it appear i don't have any back up on mi Cloud.
If i access via browser to i.mi.com with my account i see back up. Very strange thing

Yep, i use a local backup, but just in case i Lost everything, i would like to be sure that Cloud backup work correctly.

list of transports is empty in my case. Mi4s with latest xiaomi.eu rom. nothing to choose from.

Install gapps from opengapps, and you'll have a list to choose from.
