Banking APP won't open

The banking app cl.bancochile.mi_banco (look at google play) that many Chileans use cannot be opened with xiaomi.eu_multi_VEUXG_OS1.0.3.0.TKCMIXM_os1-13
I don't know where else to address this bug, but if you could pass it on to the developer for testing, that would be great. Thanks and regards.

I got the same problem but my phone is a Xiaomi Mi 10 with HyperOS 1.05, probably is because we got the bootloader unlock, I have actually sent mails to them but no a proper response, plus just stop working , without updating the app or android, so probably is a validation in their server.. I guess... For also the same problem with Mi Pass. If you got a solution let me know.

PS: of course I delete cache, data, uninstall, reboot and install again, and the problem persists
