Battery drain after latest update

Hi, I"d like to know if there are some known issues about the battery draining after the upgrade to the latest Android MIUI version.

In fact, I have noticed that the battery before the upgrade lasted at least 2days but after this mentioned upgrade it lasts less than one day and the phone tends to overheat...

Hello, i have the same problem now (March 2023 !), i have MIUI 13.0.16, i saw that "Google Play Services" can drain about 25-28% for hours, and the phone is a little hot.
I tried updating to the latest MIUI package with "download last upgrade package (13.0.16 too), it worked for 2 days with only 3-7% usage for Google Play Services, and then the problem came back. I specify that I disabled the automatic updates to check.
I don't know why these services eat so much battery.

What are the advantages from miui 13 in compareson to miui 12?

I have no idea for this, it was an automatic upgrade in November 2022, or October i don't remember.
They always says that this new version is better than the last one, we will believe them, or not
