Battery draining + call waiting + media player automatic sound up problems

I just installed MIUI
I got some really nice stuff but some problems too

1.Call recorder not working
2.Battery drain too much (if i watch a video for 5 min battery down by 2%)
3.call waiting not working with network error
4.Media player volume get up down frequently
5.some images cant be zoom
6.while scrolling down contact pop up alphabate not changing

Same here... the most important for me is the 2 and 4
