Right now i have China Dev rom from MIUI.com...
Can't wait to get Xiaom.eu DEV ROM...

What is the best ROM for RN3 at the moment??
Without bootloader being unlocked...

Found this on my local forum. I'm not using it as I have unlocked bootloader but for those that are waiting this could come in handy. This is the same rom that is installed by the sellers which includes full multi language and Google Apps. It's based on one of the early stables 7.0.11.0 and has some minor bugs. Should be easily rootable too.
