Best Stable ROM for Mi 10 Pro (cmi)?

Hi, I'm on MIUI 12 Stable v12.0.3.QJACNXM. I tried long time ago to update but y the new roms had important bugs so I fall back ti this version.
Now I would like to update to get wireless Android Auto so I was thinking about which rom to upgrade to. Could you help me? Which ROM do you recommend me?
As much as I search the forum I can't find the knowns bugs of each rom for CMI.
I'm looking for a stable rom with as few bugs as possible. I don't care if it's not the latest but I need it to work at least, 2 sims, dual apps, gps and wireless android auto.
If it has 5G and google pay all the better, but I can live without it.
If I can also update without wiping everything, that would be great, but I understand that that will be complicated.
Could you help me?

I’d suggest trying the latest stable MIUI ROM, like MIUI 12.5 or MIUI 13, since they tend to be more reliable and fix some of the older bugs. You can try upgrading without wiping everything, but make sure to back up your data just in case. Also, check the forum for bug reports on the ROM you want to use to avoid any issues.
