Hello,
I am using a Redmi K80 running HyperOS 2.0.216.0.
I have been trying to add a Binance Passkey, but every time it fails and shows the status “Broken.”
I have already tried the following steps, but the problem persists:
Cleared Binance app cache and data
Re-added fingerprints
Updated Android System WebView and Google Play Services
Installed/updated Google Credential Manager
Performed Google Play System Update
Reinstalled Binance app
Despite all these steps, the Binance Passkey still cannot be added.
It seems the FIDO / Passkey API in the HyperOS system might not be functioning properly.
Please check this issue and provide a solution or software update, as this feature is essential for secure authentication in Binance and other apps.
Thank you very much for your support
