Bug Report:

Device:
Xiaomi 13 Ultra
ROM: HyperOS 2.0.210.0 stable (EU version)
App: Mi Mover (system pre-installed version)

Issue Description:
The pre-installed Mi Mover app on the EU ROM cannot communicate with the version of Mi Mover downloaded from the official app store. When attempting a data transfer between devices, the system automatically turns off Wi-Fi, causing the transfer to fail repeatedly.

Additional Notes:

  • The pre-installed Mi Mover is a system app and cannot be updated via the Google Play Store.
  • I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but none resolved the issue.
Expected Behavior:
Mi Mover should maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection and successfully communicate between the system app and the store version to complete data transfer.

Actual Behavior:
Wi-Fi is automatically disabled during the handshake or transfer process, leading to immediate failure.

Request:
Please fix the compatibility issue between the EU ROM’s system version of Mi Mover and the official store version, or allow the system app to be updated via Google Play.

My old phone is a Xiaomi 10 (Global version), and the Mi Mover app was downloaded from the Play Store. I tried another phone, which also had Mi Mover downloaded from the Play Store, and the transfer worked successfully. Therefore, the pre-installed Mi Mover app on the EU ROM has a serious flaw.

I think it can be solved. Just don't pre-install the Mi Mover app; you can download it from the Play Store instead.
The pre-installed Mi Mover has serious flaws and cannot be updated through the Play Store.
