Black bar at the top when locking

Is someone else experiencing this?
I'm talking about the notification bar shutting off before the rest of the screen.

From last 2 builds I think I have this problem on both my mi 9.
Edit: is from system launcher, using nova launcher I don't have this problem.

Nova launcher show the same bug.

I don't use always on.

Anyway, it's a minor bug, only flashes a fraction of a second before screen goes off, not a bi deal.

No it will effect on chrome tabs also

That's not the bug the OP is talking about, i don't have that problem in my chrome.

When you click on power button to screen off and lock, status bar goes black first.

I think this bug also related to that issue..coz i dont have this issue in older builds

I am experiancing this issue too. But since I have installed this ROM with the last version and directly got an update installed, I can't tell if this is a new bug.

But this really bothers me too. It kinda confuse me everytime I lock the device because I think there is something going on before locking and made me unlock it just to see that everythings alright.
