Bluetooth Auto connection

Hello, my xiaomi mi 9t pro dont want connect automatically with a second device. It connects with my car but not automatically with my sound device. Only if i click on it on the bluetooth settings. What can i do?

İ am having the same problem with my Mi9. My phone doesn't auto connect to my car. I have to manually press it and reenter the pin every time.
Same problem occurs with my Mi Band. I manually have to connect it. However when it gets to my Bluetooth headphones, it does automatically connect to it. Started happening since I updated to Android 10/Miui 11
