I've found that Bluetooth is not working properly with anyother kernel than the stock.
If I install an alternative cm7 kernel (i.e. Glitch, platypus, FuguMod) my car is unable to access my phone's address book even though it can use the bluetooth to dial. Unfortunately, without the addressbook the bluetooth is basically useless since I don't know the numbers by hard.
Switching to MIUI stock kernel fixes this issue but I don't want stock kernel because it doesn't have LED Notification/BLN support, Voodoo Sound or OC/UV ;-(
FYI - This issue is happening with stock kernel in 1.7.29
