Bluetooth Devices

The phone lost all my Bluetooth devices .it happens when I restart the phone but sometimes without any reason.
That is very annoying because I have to pair all my devices continually.
Anybody has the same issue ?

My list of Bluetooth devices is not empty but my UE BOOM 2 speaker disappeared in the list. I can still connect to it through NFC pairing. Yet it doesn't show up even when connected and working fine.

The following screenshot doesn't show names because I censored them.
