New [9.10.24] Bluetooth don't come back usable after fly mode on Mi 9 SE/Mi8/MiPad4/Mi Mix 2s and maybe more

The bluetooth don't come back usable after fly mode on/off on Mi 9 SE, the only way to use it back is a reboot.

This bug is present also in the 9.10.17 reloaded version and reported from different users.

After a complete data wipe and fresh install the bug remain.

One more info, if I manually disable bluetooth before to put the phone in fly mode, after fly mode turned back off in any case bluetooth can't be re-enabled, reboot is necessary

Confirmed on my Mi 9 SE, after a clean install.

This annoying bug plagued Mi Note 3 on Android Oreo for quite a long time for some users. I think that it's now fixed on Pie. It's probably a bug in xiaomi sources itself. Report it there.

I WIPED in TWRP only SYSTEM Partition and reinstalled the above ZIP from 21.10.2019. But Nonetheless there are still other issues that have to be fixed.

The reuploaded v11.10 build has also now the original MIUI Battery ICON. v11.10 Builds
