New Bluetooth earphones low volume problem when connected to Xiaomi redmi note 8

i feel so stupid

I saw a lot of videos with diferrent solution audio coded, balance, nertwork reset, Abosulte volume include etc but no one work.
applied this setting. Restart the phone does not work.

but i never turn on/ turn off the blueetoth after

I've enabled absolute volume and it's still very low audio. The advanced sound settings for earphones do not detect my bluetooth device. I'm currently using Creative Outlier Active v2

In all of my in ear headphones after 6 months it is always has reduced volumes by 50 percent and I tried to clean it with alcohol and it didn’t work,only way is ripping little pad that sounds come from,it always works.
