Boot Loop After Instalation Of V8.2.1.0.lxkcndl

After I installed new version xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4c_V8.2.1.0.LXKCNDL over xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4c_V8.1.2.0.LXKCNDI with a wipe of cash a Dalvik I got an infinite boot loop.
I can see MI logo appears for a second over and over again....

What can I do about it?

Where did you get that version of rom? In the options of 8.2 the MI4C does not appear.

It fails with device locked error. I will try to flash official recovery first

Do not install xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4c_V8.2.1.0.LXKCNDL_v8-5.1, is already removed from the upload.
By mistake, this version has a new bootloader and erase you twrp and locks.
As someone has already done it, flash in EDL old 6.1.7 china dev, twrp and old stable 8.1.3 xiaomi.eu.

Fastboot mode: hold the power and volume down.
EDL by command: fastboot oem edl

C:\adb>fastboot oem edl

After following instructions at the http://en.miui.com/thread-237832-1-1.html
I have old china dev ROM 6.1.7 with stock recovery.
Next step to flash twrp recovery back (from http://www.teamsuperluminal.org/ts-twrp-2-8-7-2-mi4c/ )
As following:

• Reboot into fastboot mode (Power + Vol Down)

• Command: fastboot oem unlock -> at this point you should have an unlocked bootloader

• Now install TWRP and subsequently New ROM and enjoy - TWRP: fastboot flash recovery <twrp>.img

As I read in other thread, new ROM.eu Android 7 based has the bootlader locked, it is true for 8.2.1 too? In this case multistep unlock procedure must be applied starting from China Rom developer... very boring.
