Hello guys,

How can I lock the bootloader back on my Redmi Note 4? And also, if I lock it, will that 2 to 10 days period of waiting to unlock it trigger?

Hi, you won't be able to relock it if you are running a Xiaomi.eu ROM so you will need to flash an official ROM which will automatically re-lock the bootloader.

If you want to unlock it again you will need to reapply & wait again.

Unlock permission is for Mi account, once you get it you can unlock any Xiaomi device one time every 30 days, no need to request unlock permission again.

I unlocked the bootloader on my redmi note 3 pro few months ago, and just bought the redmi 3 prime, I just run mi unlocked tool and successfully unlocked the bootloader without any unlocked requests to xiaomi. Pretty Kosunen was right.
