So after a failed kernelsu update I cannot go back to stock or xiaomi.eu. I have my Xiaomi 14 houji soft bricked. Any help is appreciated.
My bootloader is unlocked, after trying to switch from kernelsu to kernelsu-next with the boot.img provided by KernelSU-next, I've run into boot stuck at Mi logo (powered by android). I've tried everything, eventually wiped my data and flashed stock rom version 1.0.47, along with other older or newer versions CN and global as well with MiFlash, also Xiaomi.eu ones, nothing works. Tried flashing manually orignal boot.img and init_boot.img, recovery with twrp but data is encrypted even after full wipe. Don't know what to try anymore, any advice would count. Phone is 23127PN0CG
I have access to fastboot or recovery, but can't do much with it apparently. Everything flashed successfully, but stays stuck at early boot

Have you flashed by fast boot the whole ROM? Better than miflash.
Last time I got in to this position, I downloaded original (your area )global. Extracted down the files to a folder in the C:\ folder on pc and copy the 3 adb files needed ( AdbWinApi.dll,AdbWinUsbApi.dll,Fastboot.exe, you can get them from an old EU ROM folder) in to it and the images folder, then run the CMD command in the extracted folder while in fastboot, Flash_all.bat or except_storage.bat

No, I didn't, but I can try it later today. Though there is no error in MiFlash logs and also xiaomi.eu is doing it like you mentioned, flashed them like this several time. Only original rom is flashed by MiFlash

I never use miflash, always worried about leaving the flash and lock checked ! So easy in a rush, so I always flash in fast boot to be safe.

Flashed in EDL mode and the problem persist. I think it's bricked, though all the flashing is working fine in edl/fastboot, recovery its ok, adb and sideload all working fine. Very strange problem, seems to be just bricked

If you can access bootloader and recovery, it is not bricked.
Does it start flashing in fastboot and then finish really quick? Or does it go right to the end flashing the many parts of the super.img file?
Did you try fastboot flash using the bat file and adding those three files from the EU ROMs bin folder to the images and root folder of the ROM like I posted?

Yes I also did it as you suggested, it's flashing all successfully, doesn't finish really quick, its taking time as you would normally copy files of that size to the phone, Its flashing all that is in flash_all.bat. But hangs at mi logo, does not restart or anything, it stays like this until battery is empty... This seems like bricked to me, I also did flashed EDL successfully and this didn't fix it so I don't know what to do anymore.

I don't know how you are flashing in edl, as I thought you needed an authorisation code. My only other thought as it looks like it is flashing is before you flash and while in fastboot,
Fastboot erase misc
Fastboot set_ active a
This will erase some data but it may help as you probably not got anything left data wise.
If you are not flashing straight away you can fastboot reboot out of fast boot.

Then try a flash of stock ROM.

Yes tried erase misc and set active slot to a, tried everything out there and then paid for EDL flash service, as I cannot do it myself because of the authorisation as you mentioned. EDL didn't work either. So I guess something tricky happened. I don't know if a service would be able fix it, or they do the same as I did? Flash fastboot/edl, etc
