I followed the guide well, I simply extracted the rom and I executed the file . bat while the smartphone was connected in fastboot

Some thousand people did the same as you said without issue.

i use first install script, all ok but this cause bootloop

I tried to do it 3 times but it doesn’t change, I followed the guide well... now I’m doing a miui installation with miflash and after I try again

OK. I already have two reports that after updating to MIUI 13 the phone is returning to fastboot mode. There may be a ROM error.
In the meantime, use TWRP to install this ROM version: V12.5.19.0.RKHCNXM_v12-11.zip

hello dear friends!
After encounter the same issue with my POCO F3 I reinstalled with format data & DIDN'T TRY TO SELECT BACKUP via the google account, just skip the "login to google" part at the first setup and your good to go.
