Both microphones not working on redmi note 8

Hi. both microphones stopped working. I check on CIT tests and both get -1 value even when I talk.
is it hardware or software problem?

What is the ROM on the phone? Are you using the custom xiaomi.eu ROM or stock? If the latter this is not the correct forum to seek assistance, you would need Mi community.

I'm using stock, because installing custom rom voids warranty, right?
I already made factory reset, and still not working.
If I install xiaom.eu roms the problem fixes?
I already asked on their forum...
