Brightness lowering on its own - Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro

Hi Guys,

I got issue is Brightness lowering on its own, and it is bothering me a lot. The thing is that when I am outside with the brightness at maximum, my phone randomly decides to lower the intensity of the brightness a lot without being able to do anything to avoid it.

I tried a lot of things like: auto-brightness is off and I have tried ALL display/brightness/color settings without success. I don't understand why this happens but it's very annoying not being able to see anything when you're outside just because the phone decides to lower the brightness on its own...

My phone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro. Thanks.

FYI:
I already sent my phone to the Xiaomi Warranty Center and:

1. They reloaded firmware for my phone, factory reset everything -> the issue still persists.
2. They replaced a new phone screen for me -> the issue still persists.
3. They replaced a new mainboard for my phone -> the issue still persists.

I think they did pretty much everything they could. I want to ask, is this a known issue of Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro and can't it be fixed? or how to fix it?
