New Broken rotation in Hyperos

After switching from Miui to Hyperos, the rotation broke down. In the application, when I turn the phone, there is a fragmented animation and then it turns, returning to the vertical position is OK, but going to the desktop is like starting the launcher again. What is it about?

Im having the exact same issue on my 13ultra!! Anyone knows what's going on?

New dev doesn't fix that issue

EDIT: Everything is clear now. The ROM is not the culprit. It was Repainter that was messing up the rotation.
