browser SSL troublesissues on 11.0.7 stable

Does any of you installed the 11.0.7 stable have troubles with the stock browser?
Meaning when I open a site/page with self-signed or outdated ssl certificate, the page is not visualized?
Just blank page. I am notified that the certificate is not secure, but when I accept the notification, the page just stop loading.
I have checked all the settings in the browser settings page.
With other browsers like Mint browser no such issue.

I want to report that the issue is gone with version 11.0.8
