New bugs black screen for mi-one S after update 3.4.28

hello everyone
this is my first post, after looking at the web for a solution for my device i am here asking for help, yesterday i downloaded the last update for my xiaomi mi-one S 3.4.28, it was done successful but after rebooting i see only the MI logo then the phone seems to have a black screen.
i tried to reboot so many times same problem, but it seems like the system is lanching since my phone vibrates and recieve calls but the screen is black. the screen is working perfectly in the recovery mode.
is someone could suggest what i am to do please im waiting for your answers

I am aware of this problem. It's not problem with your phone. Just flash older version 3.4.19 which should be fine and wait for fixes.

Oh thank you very much !!! but where do i find the 3.4.19 version ??? and even if i find it how could i acess the phone ???
i only know how yo update using the recovery mode then update.zip ???
